Tired of all the yo-yo dieting? Maybe this sounds familiar

 - You hate the way you look so you try the latest fad diet (keto, paleo, vegan..etc)  - You do okay for the first few weeks and lose some weight  - Then the crazy restrictions become too much and you start cheating  - Before you know it, you're right back to where you started..

I'm here to tell you these diets never work. In fact, no diet ever works...a supportive lifestyle is what works.

In this program ...

 - We'll learn how to be successful with everyday foods, movement and mindfulness for creating a healthy life.

 - Learn to eat in a way thats great for you, and easy to maintain for the rest of your life

 - Receive a meal plan of real healthy foods you'll love

 - Learn new ways to cook and prepare foods

 - Learn tips on shopping and meal prep for success

You'll also have group accountability so you don't have to go it alone!

 - Quantum Lifestyle is tailored specifically to your body oxidation, weight and exercise goals.

 - We'll find out exactly what kind of macronutrients you need for a healthy body you'll love to live in.

 -  You'll have a weekly check in, and in-person exercise groups twice weekly.

 - Each participant will receive a private healing session with optional Lucia Light and Energetic Blueprint Reading.

TEACHER: LISA LAMPER

Lisa Lamper is a Yoga Teacher with 200 hours of training, NABF Personal Trainer and Reiki Master. She has also completed a four-year Life Mastery Program at the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine where she now serves as a Teaching Assistant.

Helping people learn to listen to their own bodies and gain the self-acceptance and confidence that come from a well-rounded fitness program is Lisa’s true motivation. She has been involved in fitness her whole life, including spending 9 years volunteering as a cheerleading coach.

Her primary focus is on helping everyone learn to feel great within his or her own body, no matter if a beginner or advanced. Helping people reach their goals physically, mentally, or spiritually.

This is a 4-week program / Every Wednesday evening  & Saturday morning  for 4 consecutive weeks
